Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Coverage
You are eligible to enroll in Idexcel’s medical, dental, vision plans on your very first day of full time employment. You will need to apply within your first 30 days of employment or during the annual open enrollment period.
Medical
Medical coverage is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Our plan includes both an HMO (subject to geographical limits) and a PPO option. Additionally, a prescription drug plan is included as well.
Dental
Dental coverage provides for preventative, basic, and major services. You can choose from the dentist of your choice and our dental insurance provider is Anthem.
Vision
Vision care is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and designed to provide a basic eye care program including coverage for eye exam, lenses and frames.
401(k) Plan
At Idexcel, you are eligible to join our 401(k) plan immediately and save for your retirement using pre-tax dollars.
